At Dynatrace, security isn’t an option, it’s a must-have. Unfortunately vulnerabilities do sometimes happen, so we greatly appreciate your feedback on such matters. We assign resources to investigate and address all security-related issues as quickly as possible. If necessary we can send out security fixes to affected customers.
All security-related information you share with us is kept confidential. If you submit a security vulnerability report, we will review it immediately. If necessary we will then create a Support ticket and keep you informed throughout the resolution process.
If you discover a vulnerability, please allow us 90 days to address the issue before you disclose it to the public.
